General preparation instructions:
Infusion General instructions: 1-2 teaspoons in a glass of boiling water soak for 10-15 minutes Filter and drink or gargle as needed.
Decoction - Designed for extracting the harder parts of the plant such as seeds, root and bark (not leaves).
It is recommended to put 1-2 teaspoons in a pot with a glass and a half of water bring to a boil and leave on the fire for 5-30 minutes, strain and drink.
Dosage 2-4 cups per day.
Choice of contents : 50 grams.
